IcePets: New Finds in the Raffle Store
For years, the owner of the Raffle Store has been a pretty reserved fellow. Not much has been known about him, and the prizes in his shop have remained rather static -- until today, that is!
After years of sporting the same look, Felix, the notable Rave Ridix who runs the weekly raffle, has gotten a brand new makeover. Head over to the Raffle Store to see it in person!
Felix has also freshened up some of the prizes from his Raffle Store. The Felix Plush (formerly Raffle NPC Plush), Raffle Visor (previously Raffle Guy Visor), Felix Stamp (previously Raffle NPC Stamp), All About Raffles, and the Marshmallows and Stars have all received a brand new look. In addition, he's changed the I Heart Ticket Hat and replaced it with the new Rave Leg Warmers.
That's not all! After freshening up some old classics, Felix only found it appropriate to roll out some new additions as well.
Starting today, you can purchase two adorable Companions with your old tickets -- the Raviken and the Sabreve! And if you're looking to update your wardrobe with some rave-appropriate accessories, the Rave Glasses are available as well. Finally, if you've been wanting to learn a little more about Felix, you can pick up his new autobiography called Felix Facts!

Dragon Cave: 2022-03-24 - Festival of Eggs Submissions
We've been opening up submissions for the annual Festival of Eggs and the Halloween Trick-or-Treat events to community submissions for some time now. Both events have been receiving a lot interest, so we're continuing the process this year.
All submissions must be sent via PM to @Event Art Submissions. The deadline for submissions is April 13.
Here's some base guidelines:
- The egg is the main theme, so you must be able to see the egg in the sprite.
- Size limit of 50x50px.
- Images must be submitted in PNG or GIF form.
- Eggs must be pixel art, which generally means that overall color count is limited and pixels are intentionally placed. Do not use filters or anti-aliased tools such as Photoshop's paint brush.

Eggs may be animated, but should not use rapid or flashing effects.
- Animated PNGs are allowed, but your mileage may vary.
- The first frame of animation should be identifiable, to accommodate situations where animations are disabled.
- Semi-transparency is allowed.
- Images must not be shared publicly before the event begins.
- Images should not have blank space around the outer edges.
- Images must use the standard DC egg base.
- Eggs may be rejected for reasons other than those in this post¢namely, there will be a general quality bar. This post from last year outlines the most common quality issues.
- Only one submission will be accepted per-person.
There are a limited number of spots available. Art will be accepted on a first come, first served basis which only applies when the art is deemed to meet all of the above guidelines (that is, if you need to make changes and resubmit, that bumps you to the back of the line).
By submitting art to the Festival of Eggs event, you grant Dragon Cave a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify, copy, display, and create derivative works of your content. You can end this license any time by contacting us, though the art may not be immediately deleted. The license also ends immediately upon notice from us that the art will not be used in the event.

The weather has warmed up significantly over the last few days. The snow and ice has thawed, leaving behind patches of green grass and budding flowers. The scent of rain lingers in the air ushering forth a season of change. Arctics have returned to their tundra home and Forests have emerged from their hibernation.
