Heart Breaker's Fragments and Plushies have been packed away, and shopkeepers throughout Terrafrost are brushing glitter and sand off of their wares. After weeks of wholehearted competition, Amourok has come to an end! After much tallying, grumbling, and cheering, Halwn and Amaryllis are ready to announce the winning team in the event room.



It looks like crafty Pets on both teams were hard at work, because every Terrafrostian who participated will receive a trophy! Which one (and how many) depends on your level of participation and whether your team won or not. Your respective team lead is handing them out, so make sure to go pick up your trophy!

If Full Hearts have been collecting dust in your storage bin, or overflowing your gallery then you are in luck because you can now freeze all Full Hearts in the Ice Box to receive their frozen counterparts! Of course, some of you may have used up all your hearts in a heated competition, but do not panic -- we've got you covered! The Amourok Store is now selling all Full Hearts. You can find each heart under the year their team competed! In the case of the Pure and Corrupted hearts, these can be found in the 2018 category, the last year they competed.

I hope you've gotten your fill of another (bitter)sweet Amourok, as all Amourok festivities end tonight, February 24th, at 23:59:59 Icepets Time. Heart Breaker will tuck its remaining jars away, and all Amourok items currently stocking in the I.C.E and NPC shops will retire for the year.



To help bring the Clash of Colours to a heart pounding finish, the Full Hearts of both teams are now stocking more frequently in all NPC shops (except for the Snow Jar Igloo and Port Rakor)!



"I grow weary of entertaining these glittery mothballs," says Halwn the Pirate Xephyr. "The open sea calls, but I have no intention of setting sail with these Fairies thinking they're the sharpest sword on deck! I just know you Pirates give it your all today."



"Oh, boo! Halwn is so eager to ruin the fun," says Amaryllis the Fairy Jakrit. "But I wouldn't mind knocking those Pirates down a peg or two! Keep going -- I know you Fairies will finish up strong!"



Ah, there's nothing quite like the smell of fresh parch-mesan and cheese! This feta odd assortment has made itself at home this Amourok season, especially now that it brie time to vote on the Cheesiest Love Poem!

Book Quests are doubled February 24th, 00:00:00 to February 26th, 23:59:59! This means 20 quests will be available each day instead of the usual 10, and you will receive extra prizes for each completed quest. I'm sure Penelope would agree this is a much cosier way to get into the Amourok spirit!

The lairs of Flight Rising move to new locales in today's update

Lair Location Expansion

For our ninth anniversary our art team revamped all of the banner and wallpaper artwork for each of the flights.

We are now ready to implement the second step of that update: A second set of lair locations. Players may now choose between two lair banners under their account settings. This choice will affect how your lair's banner wallpaper appears to you and to your visitors.

There are many locations in Sornieth that dragons call home. Over the next year our artists will be working on the next set of banners for our dragon clans. The next set of planned banners will include:

• Susie's Sweet Sentiments has had her artwork updated to include a more autonomous wheelchair.
• The encyclopedia entry for Joxar's Spare Inventory has been updated to separate the large list of skins in the crate into two pages.
• All items from the 9th holiday cycle have been added as potential drops from Spare Inventory Crates.
• The confirmed genes error thread has been updated. The gene corrections we worked on during the livestream are now live.
• The genes article has been updated to include additional information on how to acquire and apply genes, a list of all current modern genes, alt text, larger images, database links for each gene, the gene item, and the gene rarity.
• Modern and Ancient Breeds have been separated into two separate lists on the Encyclopedia Home Page to better differentiate them for new players.
• Coliseum-Unique Skins have had their hoard values normalized to 500 treasure, as per our Site Status on January 23!
