Our newest specialty item, the Silhouette Scroll, is now live! When this magical scroll is applied to a dragon, it permanently unlocks a toggle that allows the dragon to swap between both adult artwork variants available for their breed.

Silhouette Scroll

It is now possible to swap a dragon's pose by applying our newest specialty item: the Silhouette Scroll. Unlike many specialty items, this magical scroll, once used on a dragon, unlocks a permanent toggle that allows you to swap back and forth between either variant of the adult artwork for their breed.

(NOTE: When we say "permanently", we mean it! Even if you choose to sell or trade the dragon, it will retain its Silhouette Scroll toggle forever.)

This item is now stocking in the Gem Marketplace.

The functionality this item offers has been a heavy favorite in our Suggestions Forum for a long time and we're glad to have been able to implement it.



Item Details

The first application of the item will automatically swap your dragon's pose. If you wish to swap back it back, the toggle can be found within that individual dragon's Customize page.

In order to apply a Silhouette Scroll, your dragon must meet the following criteria:

• Dragon must not be wearing a skin.
• Dragon must not be a hatchling.
• Dragon must not be part of a pending Crossroads trade.
• Dragon must not be listed on the Auction House.

Because this item modifies the artwork of a dragon, we understand there may be potential for scamming. To counter this, we've implemented the following conditions:

• In order to sell the dragon on the Auction House, the artwork toggle must be reset to its default.
• In order to trade the dragon in the Crossroads, the artwork toggle must be reset to its default.
• In many places where the dragon and its details are shown (Auction House, Lair, Search), the Silhouette Scroll functionality will be represented by a status icon. This icon indicates that the dragon has had the scroll applied to them, not necessarily that their artwork is currently in a swapped state.

Pinkerton's Plundered Pile

Those that visit Pinkerton's Plundered Pile today may notice that we've released a refreshed version of his artwork. Lookin' snazzy, Pinkerton!

should be turned in as one submission

Loonoles based on Free Play guidelines
ability to update your baby-stage character to their adult design
badge to go on character¢s profile

Growth Stories can be completed once per character.

They are mainly used to grow up baby characters ¢ allowing you to design full-grown forms for them ¢ but can also be retroactively done for already-grown individuals! Autumn has returned to the continent and dragons everywhere are reaping the benefits of a bountiful harvest season! Drakeharvest runs from September 10-14! Meanwhile, Baldwin is piecing together a crafty recipe...

Stitched and Patchwork
With autumn on the horizon, Baldwin and his alchemists are feeling the need to be cozy; literally! Alchemists levels 14 and above can learn the pattern to create a gene scroll to transmute your dragon a cozy patchwork hide.

These gene scrolls are NOT a part of Drakeharvest, and will be available to alchemists year-round!

Drakeharvest
Drakeharvest, Flight Rising's plant-themed "micro-holiday", is in full swing! From Thursday, September 10th (06:00 Server Time) to Monday, September 14th (06:00 Server Time), all players will experience a couple of battle-related boosts!



Bountiful Battles

For the duration of Drakeharvest, all enemies will have a chance to drop
Heavy Grainbasket or Horn of Plenty in addition to their regular loot. Dragon clans everywhere are taking this time to stock up on fruits, veggies, fungi, seeds, flowers, and grains to prepare for the cold winter months.

Battle EXP Boost

During the event, all battles will yield 50% additional EXP, so now is a perfect time for dragons to train. Grab your newest team and head out into battle!


Plant-Pinching Pests

The prosperous harvest season doesn't come without its drawbacks. A common thieving species of crab has taken to the fields and foodstores in droves to make off with as much as they can carry! For the duration of Drakeharvest, Harvest Hardshell and Plantation Pincher familiars will drop fairly commonly in the Coliseum. Once the harvest has concluded, they'll go back into hiding, but may run into one or two while foraging.
