So, even if you've funded an item or pet before, please do take a moment to review the revised process and guidelines. To support our artists, we've increased the price for user requests. This will help us compensate them for their extra care and attention to detail in bringing your imaginative ideas to life!

Please note that we may need to close user requests temporarily, depending on the volume of submissions and artwork needed for the site. If this happens, don't worry! Just pop back on the 1st of the next month, and requests will be open again. If there are any extended closures, we'll be sure to announce them as usual.

Have you ever wondered about what secrets are lurking behind Icepets' scenes? Which new project is being tackled next, but has to be kept under wraps? Or perhaps you are someone who simply likes to test out new things and help catch and squash those nasty bugs before they wreak havoc on the general population. Well, if you are currently a Glacier Tier Iced Account Terrafrostian and a member of our discord server you may have already noticed some changes in there!



A new perk for Glacier Tier Iced Accounts has been added. On our discord you will receive access to special channels where the IcePets team will share sneak peeks of upcoming projects, as well as get feedback and assistance from our Glacier Tier Terrafrostians. They will help us catch bugs with feature testing, as well as offer feedback if they think we may be taking something in the wrong direction. This is currently only for discord users, but we have plans to add forums as well this year for users who may not feel comfortable using discord itself.

No matter which Iced Account Tier you have purchased, you will also find a new title added to your discord account as well within our server!

While we cannot promise to share every test or feature the Glacier Tier Iced Account Terrafrostians will have access to, we do want to let everyone know that the first project we are requesting Glacier Tier to test out is our new layout! This has been a project since our return in September.

We know in the past a new layout had been demonstrated -- and even tested -- by many Terrafrostians, and that project was pushed to the side due to the site requiring a full recode for it to be released. We understand we have a lot of trust to build back with our community and want to assure you this project is different. Unlike last time, we have created this to work with the existing code so no recode is required.

A release date will be revealed in the coming weeks, and you'll be able to watch as we slowly page by page bring IcePets into a more modern era with your input and feedback prioritised. This has been a long project, and we are thrilled to be finally sharing it with you!
